David Hill was born in the USA in 1970. David began cooking at his mother’s side as a child. He was a chef in the Los Angeles town where he was born, and with her encouragement, David began his formal training at fourteen years of age. As a young chef, he worked in some of Los Angeles’s greatest restaurants.
