I Could Get a Date With Britney Spears? by Pete James

Did you ever have a fantasy about dating a celebrity. If you are a normal person you have. For me I often fantasize what a date with Britney Spears would be like.  I mean come on she is one of the prettiest women on the planet. Even though Britney Spears can probably have any man on the planet it can still be a possibility to get a date with her. 

I am often curious If I am that lucky guy. I keep searching through the online dating forums like Yahoo personals and EHarmony.com looking to see if she has posted her dating profile.

Sure its a dream to date a celebrity but if you think about it they are normal people just like us. I am sure that Britney Spears is probably a shy person that is afraid to approach a guy just like most women are. She probably has an alias dating profile at Yahoo.com for all we know.

I am sure that most men are intimidated and don't even approach them as much as the next girl.  Just because they are a celebrity don't think that dating a celebrity is out of the question. All you need to be is in the right place at the right time.

There have been many cases of a celebrity dating someone who is not a celebrity. For some I am sure that its a relief not to have the person they are dating or even married to not be in show business. Britney Spears is the perfect example she married a guy from her hometown, ok it didn't last long but you can see what I am talking about.

Lets look at some celebrities like Britney Spears that have also either dated or married a celebrity. Believe it or not it happens more often than you think.

Dolly Parton has been married for over 30 years to someone that is not in show business. Jennifer Lopez married a non celebrity so has Nicky Hilton. Britney Spears did marry a guy that was a back up dancer and he is far from being a celebrity. 

So you see I can still have some hope even though Britney Spears is presently married as I am writing this. I still have faith and I still have my fantasy about dating Britney. Maybe I should set my sites on a new celebrity hmmm is Carmen Electra married. 

I am sure you think that it is a far fetched idea that a no name guy like me can date someone like Britney Spears or Carmen Electra but I have to ask why not me. I am a good looking guy with a great job, college educated what else could they ask for. I also come from a great family.

You can bet that if I ever run into Britney Spears in a coffee shop I would ask for a date even if it is to sit down and get a cup of coffee. What are my odds of this happening I am sure its huge but hey I am a dreamer.
