Craig W. Hedge is an accredited and credentialed life coach based in Hobart Tasmania Australia. He is passionate about helping people to identify their strengths, build confidence, and to find new ways to live and love their lives.
Craig acknowledges the power of cocreation, the importance of focusing on strengths, the awareness of being guided by intuition, and developing the confidence and intention to trust and act on instinct.
Craig has over 30 years experience and interest in self development and spirituality.
He currently lives a nomadic minimalist lifestyle, and writes about what he experiences and loves.
Personal transformation and trusting in life are key themes in Craig’s books.
Craig stays fit and active and works out in the great outdoors wherever he can find a chin up bar and some equipment.
He loves fishing, camping, coastal environments and nature.
His book series ‘Instinctive Living’ is focused on helping people to connect to what is important to them in their lives. Living authentically and being true to who you are is a major theme throughout the series.
Topics include; gratitude, affirmations, confidence, minimalism, the law of attraction, alignment of beliefs, values and behaviors, lifestyle, life coaching.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
‘Gratitude Amplified: Transformational Ways To Magnify Success And Harness The Power Of Attraction’.
I wanted to focus on the important relationship between gratitude and attraction. The power of that relationship is often overlooked in the ‘noise’ and the fuss over acquiring things.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Not really…
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Many have, however I am more attracted to individual books and messages as they are presented to me.

Writing and planning more books in the Instinctive Living series.
