My Name is Jorge E. Waters, I am 26 years old and I am the author of the books you see on this page. This is a short introduction to my page, so you know a little bit more about me.
I was born in Germany and I am still living there near Hannover, a relatively good known city. In my younger ages I was very interested in football, but my parents thought it would be too dangerous for me, because my uncle got hurt hardly in a match. So they decided to bring me to a taekwondo class. Years have passed and my passion for sports in general got bigger and bigger.
One thing was still not ok for me and that was my stored bodyfat while doing sports on a daily basis. That was the time where I did understand that you have to change the way you eat to get the body you deserve. So i tried many different forms of diet, did not eat after 6 P.M. and ate so much less then I was used to be.
After school I decided to visit the university but I did not know what to study. Many of my friends just went to university to get an easy and well paid job, but that was never my mindset. I wanted to learn something that I could applicate in my real life. So I decided to matriculate in sport and nutrition science which was one of my greatest decisions. I gained so much knowledge to follow my passion with that I wanted absolutely share with the world. Although I don’t am the only one I knew I could make a difference for a lot of people.
