Im a nationally recognized fitness expert and nutrition coach. Thi sis the 2nd edition of TBC30: 6 Steps to a Stronger, Healthier You (242 pages, Wicked Whale Publishing).
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
TBC30: 6 Steps to a Stronger, Healthier You (242 pages, Wicked Whale Publishing). I have a long history (30-years) of coaching and working with clients and that cumulative experience inspired me to finally write a book.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I use a stand-up desk to write.
