I am a health and fitness enthusiast, wife, and mother who discovered Yoga and stretching exercises after cardio, cheerleading, and gymnastics for years. But it was after I saw the lockdown after lockdown happened and gyms closing that I decided to write this book. The amazing this is that stretching exercises, or Yoga, can be done in your own home, no gym needed!
