What is a distraught mother and wife to do when she suspects her husband may have something to do with the disappearance and potential murder of their child?
This story focuses on the disappearance of Niesha Turner, a ten-year-old girl who has been missing for almost a year now, kidnapped in Chicago while with her father at a convenience store. For nearly twelve painfully long months, Niesha’s mother Kanesha Turner has stood silent as the Chicago Police Department botches the investigation.
Unable to take it anymore, Kanesha embarks on her own journey to find out what happened to her missing daughter. After a near-death experience, Kanesha is sure her daughter is visiting her in her dreams and giving Kanesha clues to find her daughter’s abductor. During Kanesha’s investigation, she realizes her husband may have something to do with their daughter’s disappearance and that he’s hiding something. Will Kanesha find her daughter alive or is it already too late? Open the book, and find out inside.
