Confessions are good for the soul. That’s what Rush Kilmer hopes, at least. Secrets won’t stay secrets for long in this Gone Girl-meets-1922 tale of a disappearance.
Rush had no idea that he was about to become one of The Missing. He moved from Oklahoma to a small, lawless town in Montana, because he liked the mountains. Well, that’s what he told everyone, anyways. The truth was that Rush was running away from some dark secrets of his past. He thought that was all behind him, but his past started to resurface after his girlfriend, Gen, decided she wanted to move back to Oklahoma. Now, Rush is missing, and he’s ready to confess to everything. There’s just one problem: some people are desperate to keep him quiet.
