About Purely Italian a cookbook:
Welcome, or it would be probably better to say ‘Benvenuti’ to this journey into Italian cuisine.
For the Italians food is, probably only after football for men, the main topic of conversation.
In my experience, I have seen very few people in the world, discussing food during dinner. This passion for eating well, is widespread in the ‘bel paese’ and is also the source of heated disputes between village and village, which add even more taste to some of the world’s most renowned recipes.
The fact that Italian restaurants and, in general, Italian food have conquered the whole planet, however, has led to losing a bit the link with traditional recipes as they are still prepared in Italy.
Therefore, this book is intended to be a celebration of Italian cuisine as it can be tasted where it was born with recipes that, as you will see, do not pose significant difficulties and allows, even a beginner, to impress with little effort.

She needed to learn everything in what is without any doubt the most competitive, tense, challenging of the Cooking talent shows……an Italian family. The judges are relentless, the competition (with the mother in law) fierce, the stakes could not be higher. This first book is the results of all this efforts. 30 recipes for 30 days to be a perfect italian chef (and even your mother in law will approve)
