About Reclaim It:
Gentlemen, it’s time reclaim your erections and your lives
Almost forty five percent of Americans are obese
Obesity is particularly a problem for people age 51 to 69
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) affects more than fifty percent of men over the age of fifty
Does it have to be this way? HELL NO!
I’m starting to think I must be some sort of oddity. I’m six feet tall, weigh around 160lbs and my BMI is 21.7. If I had a dollar for every time someone has said to me. “No way you’re fifty-five dude.” I’d be a wealthy man. While, my girlfriend would find the idea of me needing to take Viagra, as hilarious.
This got me thinking . . . what am I doing that’s different compared to the average American male of my age.
What I discovered is outlined in the book, I think it’s time to . . . Reclaim It!

Author Bio:
Having played soccer from an early age, all around the globe, I always enjoyed a high level of fitness and athleticism. Having stepped away from playing competitively, I noticed a gradual decline in his strength and flexibility. My doctor’s assessment of “well, it’s just an inevitable result of aging,” didn’t wash and I decided to do something about it.
A fortuitous meeting with a local fitness instructor in Denver introduced him to old-school Russian kettlebells — at the time, not the omnipresent, mainstream fitness ‘accessory’ they were destined to become. In addition to the iron cannonballs with handles, an integral part of the class was something called Z-Health. This was both an eye opener and a game-changer, offering a unique, neurocentric approach to health and fitness. It really helped me get back on the right track and is something that continues to be part of my daily routine.
