About Screaming In Autopilot
How do you forgive someone who has wronged you so terribly, yet feels they did nothing wrong? In my book, Screaming In Autopilot, I take the reader along with me on my life-long journey to answer this question. Beginning with childhood abuse and trauma that gradually spills over into an adulthood mired in depression, alcoholism, and dysfunction, the prose and poetry will both astonish and touch the readers’ hearts. Although there is great pain and tragedy throughout the book, I want to reassure the reader that healing is possible through laughter and the passage of time, and there is freedom in letting go of anger. I am extending a hand of hope for all victims of abuse.

This book of poetry is absolutely haunting. It is written with such deep imagery you feel as if you are living the poems.
