Author Bio:
Hi, I’m Irial and I love books and business. I’m a avid reader and yes, I read a lot of business books, but I also enjoy a good Michael Connolly or a laugh with Marian Keyes. I love working with clients to work out how to maximise their performance (business and people) or what is causing performance blockages. I’ve over 20 years experience in managing teams, designing and implementing performance management systems and training both managers and staff members on performance management.
I also love to write and every so often, the urge to write takes over and I just need to do it. I wrote my first book, Values – Not Just for the Office Wall Plaque: How Personal and Company Values Intersect, in 2011 (published 2012) and life took over for a bit. With covid hitting last year, I decided to use the time to write this book. I’m currently working on my third book – You’ve Got This – Empowering Your Team’s Problem Solving.
