About Strength at the Broken Places by C. Greg Long:
What do you do when life breaks you?
Failure is an equal opportunity troubler; no one is exempt. Positive thinking and trying harder will not keep the despoilers from your door; reality catches up, and failure is harsh in a world of winners.
Greg Long says if there were a Ph.D. awarded for brokenness, he earned it, magna cum laude. So, if you have failed miserably, and wonder if there is a future, you picked the right book.
Greg learned to face failure and find hope, purpose, and peace. He can guide you on your path to do the same.
So, if you are in a crisis, stop worrying and start reading. Strength at the Broken Places will take you on a journey to discover:
• How true change occurs
• How failure does not define us
• How authentic identity is not determined by what you do or to whom you are related
• How success comes from intention rather than effort
• How to answer the four critical questions that every person must answer

Author Bio:
Greg Long’s mission is to be a living message that failure and brokenness are not life-ending defeats but life-changing opportunities. Greg is a pastor, teacher, and author who has invested his life in introducing people to the joy and hope of the way of Jesus.
Greg is passionate about the way of Jesus. He believes Jesus is best found through a grace-filled life where the gift of love is to be received and lived with open hands and hearts rather than through a code of requirements or a keeping of rules. He speaks, teaches, and writes not as a sage on a stage but as a guide who walks alongside in the journey of life.
Greg is the author and co-author of three previous books: Thy Kingdom Come: Kingdom Living on Earth as it is in Heaven (2001), Through the Bible in a Year: Devotionals by Texas Baptists (2011), and Get Your Bible Out of the Saddlebag (2011).
