About The Boise and Points East by Frederick Berlin:
Frederick Berlin is a bookaholic. After yet another failed attempt, he again falls off the wagon.
This leads him on a rather amazing adventure aboard the Boise and Points East, an abandoned and forgotten railroad. Starting, literally, on a handcart. For reasons unknowable, the train goes back in time, bends reality to the whim of The Author, and even takes a trip past Writer’s Block.
The Author, ever present, except sometimes when he’s not, keeps leading, dragging, sometimes cajoling Frederick all the way along this rollicking adventure.
Time travel, Hollywood shootouts, beautiful men and handsome ladies, this story has it all!

Author Bio:
Hi, here’s a little about Fred Berlin. All of this biography is based upon real events. How much basis is up for debate. Fred was born in Berlin, in 1938, to German and Norwegian parents. He has lived to regret this. Fred has traveled extensively, often without leaving his couch. To the best of our knowledge he has visited the States of Confusion, Apathy, Anxiety and Depression on a rotating and occasionally congruent basis. He has also been known to take long and uncomfortable flights of fancy. Known to his pro/antagonist as the “The Great Starter”, Fred has attempted many scholarly works. Getting the scholarly to work has proven difficult. He has, however, successfully completed a ride on the Boise and Points East, and cordially invites you to join him there.
