About Unleashed: A YA Spy Thriller
Her father made her a spy.
The AGENCY gave her a purpose.
Will her first assignment be her last?
17-year-old Aleasha Summers discovers her father had secretly trained her to be a spy. Now Drew, an employee from the AGENCY, has come to collect her.
She joins the AGENCY and goes to a small town in Washington state where she’s tasked with attending a high school with ties to organized crime. But on her first day at school, she screws up her objective and lands squarely in the crosshairs of the person she was trying to implicate.
Now Drew must step in and complete the objective, aligning himself with the enemy while watching Aleasha endure increasingly violent attacks. But the more he and Aleasha work together, the stronger their feelings for each other become, and the more vulnerable they are to the hazards of their job.
When her entire team disappears, Aleasha must call on Drew to help her find them, even if it means exposing themselves as spies. But are they already exposed and walking into a trap?

Susan Cady Allred comes from a long line of book lovers. The seventh of ten kids, it was not unusual for several children to be reading into the wee hours of the night during school months, or to have her parents listening to books on tape before bed. Some of Susan’s fondest memories include re-arranging books in her parent’s book cabinet as a child, and scouring her family’s hard-bound Encyclopedia set for interesting facts about everything from A to Z.
Susan lives in Washington with her husband, children, and the cat she dubbed Satan. She prefers binge-reading over binge-watching, enjoys the outdoors, and loves a good laugh.
