Katherine St. Clair, was born and raised in the mid-west. With a childhood full of pioneer stories, Katherine is a romantic at heart. Her passion for writing started when she was a teenager. During the summer, she would pass hours writing stories taking place in her beloved mid-west, from pioneer women who stood up for what they believe in and the perilous the mail order bride stories that her great-grandmother had told her.
Katherine now lives on a ranch with her husband, her two teenage children and her two dogs named Patches and Brandy. She loves to take care of the animals on the farm and to ride her horse Mystic.
