I no longer suffer from ANY illnesses and no longer hooked up to a machine to breathe at night. I don’t count calories, carbs or pay attention to portion sizes, I only listen to my body. I don’t have to make a special meal for me, while creating yummy meals for my family. We eat together; one meal that we all want and choose.
