In 2050, the world braces for nuclear war. Due to a severe water shortage, conflicts have intensified, escalating tensions among global governments. The United Nations has disbanded, and hundreds of nuclear bomb tests are being conducted, rendering the Earth increasingly uninhabitable. To curb this chaos and restore order, the International Federation of Global Governance has assumed global authority and announced its first treaty for the worldwide eradication of nuclear arsenals. The radioactive material obtained from dismantling these bombs is to be repurposed for the scientific advancement of humanity.
For research and to protect these reserves from potential threats, a secret facility comprising of twenty centers, four accommodation and refectory hubs, and ten vaults with a state-of-the-art security system has been constructed. This story unfolds from the perspective of Dr. Victor Cormwell, who leads the group of ninety-six scientists stationed here to conduct groundbreaking research.
Unaware of the darkest threats yet to emerge, join Victor as he embarks on a winding journey ahead. He is joined by Ayumi Tanaka, his administrative assistant and a quantum physicist, and Dr. James Smith, the chief of engineering and construction for this project. More than colleagues, Victor considers them trusted friends.
