Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
USA TODAY Bestselling Author Cindy Redding fell in love with happily ever after when she read her first romance at age twelve. Since then, she has been hooked.
A native New Yorker, Cindy lived on the beach in South Florida and now she lives in Las Vegas, NV, with her husband, of thirty-five years whom she married on Valentine’s Day. She has two daughters. Her eldest is named after a heroine in one of Cindy’s favorite romances.
Inspired by her travels around the world and her love of Italy Cindy’s, sizzling contemporary romance novels come to life with hot men and the strong-willed, independent women who they can’t live without.

I have written nine books and am working on my tenth right now.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The Sea Captain’s Redemption is my latest book. It is the fourth in the DiMarco Empire series. I was inspired to write Lorenzo and Francesca’s story after I went on a two week cruise to Hawaii.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I don’t think I have any unusual writing habits. I do like to write first thing in the morning before my family wake up. I grab a cup of coffee and sit at my desk for a few hours.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Heather Graham’s romances. Her Florida Civil War Series was great. I read all six of those. I had the pleasure of meeting Heather when she spoke at my Florida Romance Writers meeting.
Another author that influenced me is C.C. Gibbs. I love her writing style.
What are you working on now?
Right now I’m working on A Crown for Emma, it’s the second book in my new series. The series is called The Royals, and although each book can be read as a stand alone the theme is royalty. The first in that series is called, A Royal Temptation.

I do have a website and a newsletter that goes out twice a month.
