Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I was born in East London, and have lived and travelled in many countries over the years.
I’m actually a Qualified Psychotherapist and spend my days helping people.
This in fact has led me on to writing many Personal Development books.
Eleven in total.
I’ve also written a Psychological Thriller, a book of Motivational and Inspirational Quotes, plus three poetry books!
So for me I guess you could say that writing genuinely is a labour of love.

As a Coach, Counsellor and Therapist I spend many hours working with people, and I know that succinct words and sentences resonate a lot with people, so it led me on to writing a book if original Motivational and Inspirational Quotes to help people on a daily basis.
I’m quite proud of my ability to write such powerful words and sentences and see how they help people.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I write as and when it suits me.
In my office.
In my kitchen….
And even in my bed sometimes!
So writing is definitely in my blood I would say.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
A have an eclectic mix of favourite authors and books…
I also studied English Literature at school and college, so I read a few classics and worked on a few well known authors.
My favourite author is probably George Orwell and my favourite book is 1984.
What are you working on now?
I’ve got s few books on the go at all times.
I’ve also written two dating books for men and I’m working on a dating book for women.
Plus I have an Investment book on the go with the help of one of my clients who is a Wall Street Trader.
So I have a pretty eclectic Bibliography I would say.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
It’s good to spread your bets and use s lot of social media plus get help from Agents and publicists.
Always look to promote yourself and your books at EVERY OPPORTUNITY!!
You’re a writer foremost, but marketing yourself is part and parcel of the territory nowadays.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Keep writing, don’t stop, and always listen to great advice!
There’s nothing like holding one of your own books in your hands for the first time.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Always follow your purpose in life.
It never leaves you, so don’t ignore it.

Life is too short, so make sure you have NO REGRETS!
That’s why I always try to live life to the fullest. And I pass that message on in my books.

What’s next for you as a writer?
To keep writing and to keep working on my style of writing.
Producing quality books is something I love to do!

I’ve read hundreds of books over the years.
I used to love horror books when I was younger.
I don’t really have a favourite
But as mentioned, 1984 by George Orwell is probably my favourite having studied it both at school and college.
