About East. &. West: A journey from within
After 45 days of intense traveling , 220 hours of bus trips covering close to 12,000 KM through 16 different European countries . From the charming city of Istanbul throughout the calm Balkan region , Moving across the conservative East Europe , passing through the wealth side of West Europe and ending up at the freezing cold of Scandinavian region.
Through the trip , my feet learned how to form their own paths and my heart was beating in totally different rhythm. The time I spent away from familiar routines was the time I learned to abandon myself into the great vastness of the universe.
During the trip , East and West was coincidentally met in a shape of a relationship between An Eastern man and a Western woman , between the East closed and conservative values with The West open and abundant one.
Did the two different cultures meet on a common ground ? Did they manage to impede the distengative cultural aspects?
