Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I’ve written fifteen books in all. The first ten were academic books on International Finance. I started writing spy thrillers four years ago. Two have been published and the other three scheduled for publication over the next year.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Agents Scorned is for readers who love the high-stakes action of Jack Mars, the relentless thrill of Lee Child, and the espionage intrigue of Tom Clancy, Agents Scorned is a pulse-pounding 1970s spy thriller packed with betrayal, revenge, subterfuge, and edge-of-your-seat suspense.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I’m unproductive until after 4 pm.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Jack Reacher is my favorite hero along with James Bond. Jo Nesbo is probably my favorite author at the moment.
What are you working on now?
Currently working on a story where CIA troubleshooter Brad James seeks answers when he narrowly escapes a mortal ambush by a government hit team. He finds himself in the middle of plot by an egomaniac psychopath to overthrow the government and an internecine struggle between two powerful factions of the deep state bureaucracy. They all want something they think he has. Will he be able to overcome the crushing complicity of the deep-state to stay alive and defeat the traitors?

In a new environment, don’t befriend the first person who’s nice to you.
