About Getting Into Heaven Ain’t All That Hard by James J Phelps
Some preachers spout hell-fire and brimstone to try and scare people into the church while others preach love and forgiveness as the doctrine we should follow to make a trip to Heaven when we leave this life. Some religions don’t require frequent and regular attendance to the church, while others require members to attend several times a week or risk the fires of hell. Most times, no matter which one you look at, the most important thing is giving money. Most people don’t understand that there is a difference in being “religious” and being “spiritual”. In the climate we live in today, people seem to be shying away from most forms of organized religion, preferring to go through life practicing being just and fair and compassionate to their fellow man and giving aid and comfort when the situation calls for it. Where do you stand?
