Liza has more than twenty-five years’ experience in the fast-paced and high-pressure hospitality industry, which was the industry hit the hardest in the global pandemic. Liza is also a clinical hypnotherapist and master NLP facilitator and trainer. Liza and her husband have employed thousands of staff over their business journey, and Liza has used her expertise for the betterment of her teams, including through online and leadership programs and coaching and counselling within their company.
