Aside from the recipes, I am also a big believer in mindset, self-motivation, and, most importantly – self-love and self-image. These are the driving forces on everyone’s journey.

Back in 2013, I decided to combine my background in several natural health/ self-care and wellness modalities (I’m certified in Holistic Nutrition, Reiki, aromatherapy and massage therapy) with my passion for writing/creating, and, most importantly, helping, coaching and motivating others – and this is how I became a wellness author.
