This is Norman Brewer’s third novel. The first two, Blending In and Killer Politics, explored domestic terrorism. All three novels were informed by working in the Department of Homeland Security following an award-winning career in journalism. Brewer lives in Portland, Ore., in easy reach of the coast, the Columbia River Gorge and white water rafting.
