What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Eight long years of watching my mother care for her husband as he was overcome by the horrific memory robbing disease, dementia, was my main motivation in writing Daughters Of Dementia. Also, having friends ask me for advice regarding their own family member with dementia. Dementia is NOT personal and it is not anyone fault.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I would love to write like Jane Austen, but alas, I do not share her talent. For me, I enjoy writing as if I am have a live conversation with the reader.

I recently read the autobiography by Mary Jo Buttafuoco and loved her easy style of writing. However, I mostly read thrillers and mysteries. Mary Higgins Clark and Patricia Cornwell come to mind.
What are you working on now?
Although Daughter Of Dementia was recently published, I am overwhelmed at the response. My next book is still in my head and has not quite made it to paper. After filming three season of the reality show Big Rich Texas, I am contemplating a book on what really happens behind the scenes. I promise you, that is where the real drama happens.

My personal Facebook page and Instagram are good options, however websites like PRETTY-HOT.COM I find are best ways to promote books.

Start out by writing stream of consciousness, then edit.
