Greetings! After decades of working in the pharmaceutical and therapeutic nutrition industry, I wrote the book that was waiting to be written in my brain for 40 years. It was published July 1, 2023.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
‘Annihilating Anorexia’
A hybrid psychological – support – memoir story.
I am a survivor who had Anorexia in 1981. The 1-2 punch of the global pandemic plus social media finally inspired me to tell my story.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
During the writing process, my brain would wake me up around 3:00am with ideas. I wrote them down in a journal book while still half asleep and they ended being some of the best parts of the book.

Very specific marketing to create awareness for my book.
