My latest book is the first in the Mental Health Series titled Conquer Stress: The Overthinker's Guide to Peace and Happiness. With all the chaos in the world it is easy to have a million thoughts swirling around in your mind which leads to feelings such as stress, anxiety, overwhelm , and frustration. My mission is to inspire, enlighten and empower people to understand their true power and potential so they can experience the peace and happiness that they deserve.
