About Pathfinder: An Adventure Exploration Duology (Path of Mist Book 2)
The Exciting Path of Mists Conclusion!
Jermyn, now P’Jermyn, is a hero, though many of the Cloud Runners still don’t understand precisely what he does. Despite his name, P’Jer still has trouble finding Paths, and the Cloud Runners need them for survival.
Food is still short, and the Elders use the refugees as scapegoats. Others try to welcome them into the village.
Unlike Jer the orphan, P’Jermyn attracts female attention, a novel experience. As his talent blossoms, Jer hopes he might attract one in particular, but the Elders have a different idea. Not content with trying to cheat him and steal his inheritance, they are out to choose his partner.
Through the summer, tensions rise, and tempers flare until, by autumn, there is a clear split. When Jer is finally forced to make a stand against the Elders, he finds he has unexpected allies, but they are not enough. With winter on the doorstep, the future of the Cloud Runners is once more in his inexperienced hands.

Learn More About The Author
Vance Huxley lives out in the countryside in Lincolnshire, England. He has spent a busy life working in many different fields. Eventually, Vance tried writing though without any real structure.
Then he actually sent one off to be read which delivered at least one bucket of very cold water (but a polite and informative bucket). As an editor and beta readers explained the difference between words and books, he tried again.
Now he tries to type as often as possible in spite of the assistance of his cats, since he is no longer mobile. An avid reader of sci-fi, fantasy, and adventure novels, so his writing tends toward those genres.
He also spends much too long wandering off down those fascinating blind alleys that the internet produces when researching, but oh, the little treasures at the end of some!
