About Release It
My book is about releasing your burdens to God. Often we do not realize how much hurt, shame, bitterness, and stress we are carrying. Our past can hinder us from moving forward in life. I share how the spirit of lust almost stopped me from living out my purpose in God. Jesus is ready to set us free from our past. Humility and confession are tools to help us release our burdens to God.

My name is Overton Duncan, born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana. My wife and I currently live in Picayune, Mississippi, with our 3 children. I was blessed to go on a mission field trip to preach the gospel. I love to study and teach God’s word.
