Inspiration behind the Story
Inspired by our real-life companions – Skyla, our black German Shepherd, and Teddy, our black-and-white cat, despite their differences, they have grown to be the best of friends. I wanted to write a story for my first grandson that would both entertain and inspire him as he grows. Originally from Australia now living in the United Kingdom, the charming English countryside and its rich history also fuel my imagination.
